LIBRARY (AKA CENTER FOR INQUIRY)

The Center for Inquiry combines the Library and the Digital Skills Lab (DSL).

Students visit the library weekly where parent volunteers assist in check in/out books and locate books or resources.  It's a time when students can look for a book to read for enjoyment or dive into research materials. Books may be checked out and returned the following week.

The children can look up titles on resource laptops or discover books as they walk through the aisles.  Special displays highlight 'Name That Book,' 'Texas Bluebonnet' titles and/or series favorites like 'The Magic Tree House,' 'Hardy Boys' and 'Nancy Drew.' A special section houses graphic novels for our budding artists and writers.

Please consider becoming a parent volunteer to assist children with their book selections! Contact library@robertspto.org for more information!
