Volunteering at Roberts

HISD requires that all volunteers complete an online orientation and application for the safety of our students. Volunteer opportunities include helping in the library, chaperoning a field trip, participating in a class party, etc. Please take a few minutes to click on the following link to register for the 2025-2026 school year. *VIPS registration must be renewed every school year.
2025-2026 registration will begin on August 10th.

- It is a two-step process:
- Complete the Orientation
- Fill out the application (the application link is posted at the bottom under the certificate)
- At the “School Preferences” tab, select Roberts Elementary
- At the “Functions” tab, check every function
- At the “Organizations” tab, select VIPS (Volunteers In Public Schools)
